What is Click4Tix and why does it show up on my credit card statement?

We are an online ticketing service used by theatre, concert, and event promoters nationwide. If you are unsure about which tickets you purchased through us or why we appear on your statement, please contact us and we will gladly look up your order.

What does the term Will-Call mean?

Will-Call is a box office term that means tickets are to be picked up at the location of the event, on the day of the event. In the instance of online purchases, Will-Call tickets will generally be available beginning 60 minutes prior to the event. Will-Call tickets are held under the name appearing on the credit card used to make the purchase. In some venues you may be asked to present a photo ID and/or the credit card used to make the purchase for verification purposes. If you need to add a name to the order for will call pick up, please contact us.

What qualifies as a student or senior?

Generally in the arts world, senior age is 60 or older; and a student is anyone under 18 or with a valid student ID.  Each venue's rules may vary.

How can I be sure my order was processed?

The final step in purchasing tickets is to enter your credit card number and click the "checkout" button. Once you click "checkout", your credit card is verified and charged. You will immediately get a Confirmation Page that includes details about the event you purchased tickets for. You will also receive a confirmation by email within 15 minutes. Please print this page as your receipt and take to Box Office. If you have any doubts about your order, please contact us. If you do not receive your email confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.

What if I did not print my confirmation page?

If you did not print the final confirmation page at the time of purchase, you will still be able to pick up your tickets at Will-Call by presenting the credit card used to make the purchase and a photo ID. If you forget what day you purchased tickets for or need the venue/performance information of the event for which you purchased tickets, you may contact us with your name and title of event and we can email you the details.

Is the site secure?

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure the privacy of your personal information. This means you can place your order without fear of interception, provided you are using an SSL compliant browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer. We do not solicit any information to third parties or store any credit card information.

Can I exchange my seats for another date or time?

Our agreement with the venues is that all sales are final. Our contract does not permit us to issue refunds or exchanges, however some venues will be able to honor your request for exchanges if given notice at least 24 hours before the performance you hold tickets for, and alternate performances are still available for booking. Please check directly with the venue box office or contact us for details.

Does Click4Tix give refunds?

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please contact us. If an event is canceled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. When Click4Tix issues a refund, it will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual card will receive the credit for the refund. Service charges are non-refundable.
