Refunds All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. purchases are not guaranteed past the start time of the event. No refunds will be issued unless a performance is canceled. If unable to attend, you may consider donating your tickets to the organizer in exchange for a contribution receipt.
Refunds for Canceled Events In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be given to the original purchaser only. Refunds are only available for the first 10 business days from the date the event was to be held. The refund will automatically be applied to the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.
Rescheduled Events If the event is postponed, your original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date, and no refund will be issued. Event date, times, venue and subject matter may change. We are not always notified if an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. It is your responsibility to monitor the event and to confirm any changes to the event with the entity putting on the event.
Service Charges All purchases are subject to service charges from the producer of the event, the venue and Click4Tix.
Allocation of Risk You acknowledge and agree that the foregoing disclaimers and limitations of liability represent bargained for allocations of risk and that the pricing and other terms and conditions of this agreement reflect such allocation of risk.
Disputed Charges You are responsible for any and all legal fees incurred by you and Click4Tix associated with your disputed charges and charge-backs for purchases made on this Site.
Additional Provisions No agency, partnership, joint venture or other relationship is intended or created by your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under any circumstance, its application in any other circumstances and the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Further, the provision that has been deemed to be invalid or ineffective shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
