All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Ticketed seat assignments are not guaranteed past the start time of the show. No refunds will be issued unless a performance is canceled. If unable to attend, you may consider donating your tickets to the theatre in exchange for a contribution receipt.

Refunds for Canceled Events In the event of a refund, refunds will be given to the original purchaser only.  Refunds are only available for the first 10 business days from the date the event was to be held. The refund will automatically be applied to the credit card you used to purchase that ticket.

Rescheduled Events If the event is postponed, your original ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date, and no refund will be issued. Event date, times, venue and subject matter may change. We are not always notified if a show is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. It is your responsibility to monitor the event and to confirm any changes to the event with the entity putting on the event. In certain instances, a venue, promoter, or any entity putting on the event will require a ticket holder to relocate his or her seat. Click4Tix shall not be held responsible for any such change and will not be obligated to provide a refund or any other compensation.

Exchanges Should a ticket exchange be necessary, there is a $3 per ticket exchange fee. All exchanges must be completed before the day of the performance.

Accessible Seating Accessible seating is available in all venues. Please contact the box office directly prior to showtime to accommodate accessible seating.

Late Arrivals Performances begin promptly at published show times. For the respect of the patrons and the actors, latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time in the performance and at the discretion of the Front of House Manager and Box Office. Latecomers may be seated in locations other than those for which they hold tickets.

Lap Seating Policy Regardless of age, any person requires a ticket upon entering the Theatre. Children may sit on parents’ laps, but they must be accounted for by a ticket. Parents of very small children are asked to be considerate of the actors and audience. Only bring children to the theatre if you are confident that they can sit quietly for the entire performance. Please note that many shows are inappropriate for young children. Tickets must be purchased for any child attending a performance, and children must be seated with a parent or guardian. Babes-in-arms are not permitted in the theatre.
